Saw this video today as I GAS for an Octatrack (used to have one and sold it to fund the iPad rabbit hole). I can't imagine there isn't a way in AUM or AB to do something like this, but I wouldn't know where to start with what apps. Take care though -- a lot of the mangling at this level with OT are largely "live only" because it can be crazy complicated to script midi events for what you want -- which implies you'll probably be resampling anyway.
